Conditions of the programme:
  • Agree to a full 6-month period.
  • Spend a minimum of 1-hour a month with your mentee
  • Encourage them to set clear goals and objectives of what you are both going to work on during the programme.
  • Respond to the mentee in a timely manner when they approach you.
